The house is absolutely beautiful, the view is majestic. Every room is clean and each has its own unique charm. Mike was always available and answered within minutes whenever I called or texted. We all (11 of us) loved our vacation in Jaco

Amazing location
Amazing location. Loved the view and spent most of the day in the infinity pool. Extremely spacious and private. Keith was also quick to reply with any questions that we had. We had a great visit overall, I would definitely recommend this location.

It comfortably fits our group
We enjoyed our five nights at Casa Overlook. It comfortably fit our group of 17 with plenty of kitchen, dining, and room space. We enjoyed the view, the pool, BBQ, and location. A bit of a steep incline to get there but that provided amazing views and a quiet place. Communication was great and Mike resolved any of our concerns quickly. I would recommend this place for any larger group wanting to visit Jaco and the surrounding area.

Beautiful luxury villa
Our group had a wonderful time at the Villa. They had all the amenities we needed and were kept in perfect order. The views were amazing and we looked forward to getting visits from monkeys from time to time. I would highly recommend this property to those seeking the perfect Costa Rican vacation!

Great Home
The home is amazing. Clean and all appliances work perfectly. The only thing to make sure of is the drive up to the neighborhood. We had a large 12-person van that could barely make it up. The other vehicles, a small van, and SUV had no issue. Other than that, great. Perfect distance from Jaco if you want to be there quick, but also peace and quiet To escape the crazy.

Heaven on Earth
The home is on top of the mountain surrounded by a thick rainforest preserve, with a beautiful Infinity Pool overlooking the ocean. The entire Eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom home is charming. Well secured gated community and very close to Jaco beach attractions. The property manager Mr.Mike was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Our group had a blast and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Jaco.

Beautiful Location
The property is beautiful. From the decor of the house to the pool and the grounds, the property did not disappoint. It is very conveniently located near Jaco as well as Playa Hermosa. Maricela was wonderful in helping coordinate everything from activities to helping us address issues while we were there such as delayed flights, a stolen bag, etc. She also gave wonderful recommendations for places to eat. Rick was great as well with communication prior to our stay and during. We would stay at one of Rent Rica’s properties again. Thank you for a wonderful trip that our family of 20 will not forget!

Amazing Amazing!
This house gives you a real feel of a Costa Rican rainforest!! Everything is as described, actually even better. I annoyed the staff with so many questions but they were very accommodating and professional. They helped my trip go smooth with transportation, toiletries, and excursion recommendations. It rained so much that we stayed in the house most of the time and we do not regret any second of that. The most memorable parts of our trip took place in this house. I would most certainly come back or try one of their other properties!

The house is beautiful and amazing! It had everything we needed to stay in and cook. We had chefs come and cook for us. We had masseuses that the owner recommended that came to the house three times! Yes they were that good! The concierge was very accommodating and helpful with anything we needed. We stayed at the house more then we ventured out and we never do that! I would come back and stay again!!
